I agree with going online in areas like social life and education. 

However, from my point of view, areas such as sales and commerce shouldn’t be totally digital because we will have social consequences, like unemployment. 

To have a physical shop assures that the client will have a personal shop assistant because we can see the products, we can try them on and we can take them  home immediately.  

If I bought  the products in online they may be broken, damaged or defective. 

When there is a complaint or we need to return the product, it’s easier and less expensive to do the shopping in a physycal store. 

In conclusion, I think the best ideia to buy things in real life to online.
